Whiteleaf Hotel

i didnt go here cause i was sick and forgot this account even exist till yesterday but anyways my friend went here anyways he said This place is nothing like the add to be honest it much more worse here why 1. the couch was broken 2. bed felt like a rock 3. bugs 4. bath and toliet was broken 5. windows are dirty why its good. 1. he found a duck in my room

I turned up only to find the hotel was closed, with no prior contact from them to inform me! Absolutely appalling. When I try to call them, no answer. Finally got a response offering a voucher for a rebooking, which I can't use because the hotel is CLOSED. Find another hotel and don't waste your time.

Served the purpose I booked it for which was a budget hotel in central London, not too far from Marble Arch. Bed was clean and the floor looked clean. Toilet could have been cleaner. Warm welcome and kind staff.
