Discovery Inn

The hotel liked its location in the heart of the city, near the train station and bus station, with a bus stop to the airport and all the attractions! The hotel is not big, but the rooms are very cozy and the beds are comfortable! Smart TV, kettle in the room, almost new towels and cleanliness!The staff is very responsive and competent, especially I want to mention Andres and Karen, with the receptions who helped me in a difficult situation and were very kind and responsive! I recommend it!!!

The only positive about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was not clean—the bathtub was dirty, the carpets looked filthy and questionable, and the room generally felt poorly maintained. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. We were only provided with one toilet roll for two people staying two nights, which was inadequate. The building layout was also confusing, making it unnecessarily difficult to get to our room. While the bed sheets appeared clean, the room itself was very noisy, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel relies on its convenient location, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort fell well below expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Very reasonably priced. Room quite compact but spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable, everything you need including tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Our room was at the back so was quite quiet considering we were in the centre of Leeds. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Andreas. Would definitely stay again.
