Met (Executive Rooms)

Absolutely awful hotel management and HR are 100% racist when they have been an issue they have dismissed it, I have also heard they treat black staff disgusting

Cannot recommend The Met enough! They did everything to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The rooms are very clean and nothing is out of place. Staff are amazing and communication before our stay was great. My other half even got a card for his birthday which we thought was a really thoughtful touch. We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we come to Leeds.

The hotel staff are great so welcoming. Our room was a premium room that had everything we needed. The little added extras we had was a nice touch, crisps nuts biscuits and Pepsi. We would stay here again and will recommend to friends.
