Booked a cosy double room bit tired needs decorating. For the price I would have expected more as we have now stopped in approximately 10+ hotels in Leeds as it’s our go to getaway weekend place. Staff lovely but our room failed to deliver on fabulous tbh. No upgrade was possible as fully booked. Didn’t book breakfast but decided on departure day to go for it for ease, very expensive went at 0930 hrs so no way near the end of service. Bacon rock hard, the tiniest of bowls for yoghurt my dip bowls are bigger!! Not worth £16.95 pp avoid go somewhere else. Positive- great location for shops and bars.

Very strategic location, gave me opportunity to walk around the center of the city. The hotel rooms are very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very nice tv stations to watch the World Cup. Breakfast okay but need to make varieties example fried eggs etc. I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic location, great service, spacious room. Room available early. Room was modern with great facilities. Only slight negative. There was only 2 T Bags and 1 caffeinated coffee sachet. Would definitely return.
