Lovely location for a stay. However the fire alarm went off at 4am -No hotel staff came to help us and we had to sort things out ourselves. The hotel only found out when they opened for breakfast at 8am. The hotel still has not contacted us to say sorry that they abandoned us and seem that they just don't care! Staff seem to be pissed off generally and did little to inform us about the things we needed to know about our stay. Would not recommend staying here as the hotel does not care about you!

What a fantastic place to stay, a real gem! If I went back to Salisbury I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else than at the Old Mill. The rooms had everything we needed and were absolutely quiet, the staff was SO nice and accomodating and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. Just loved this place!

We booked with booking.com and having looked at the rooms on the site seem to have had a small room. Lovely location, old building thin walls and very noisy at night floors creaking and guests arguing. Nice fans provided, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for a walk into town.
