We stayed here recently for several days during the worst snow storm in 3 decades. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of fruit, yogurt, good bread, cheese, butter and jam, and all the firewood we could burn in the Jotul stove in the den. Rooms were clean and warm. Hosts were friendly and attentive, but gave us plenty of space for a family reunion. Green Dragon pub just around the corner

From the moment we arrived to the time we left it was faultless. Great room. Can't recommend room 4 enough. Fabulous welcome and attention from Alex, a lovely location and all at a great price. As it was very cold the days we were there Alex even offered to make us porridge. Hope to get back there again sometime.
