Holiday Inn Express Swindon - West

Upon arrival the staff (Ciaran and Matthew) were very helpful and professional. The room was spotless!! Honestly a great stay!!!

We visited here on Friday on our way through,having had a couple of not so nice experiences with premier inn and them lying I thought I’d change to holiday inn express,nice welcome on arrival and entrance and inside clean and inviting,room good size with all amenities you could want,bed super comfy which set for a good nights sleep You get a free breakfast also,which to be fair was only just warm but filled a gap but it’s free so cant expect much,all in all a happy customer

Location and price great but most other parts of the stay were a disappointment. Bed was really uncomforatble and we didnt have much sleep. The pillows were just as bad and the bed linen had holes in it. The hot Breakfast look very unappetising and the most unhygenic thing was they had a marmite jar opened, about half of it was used and appeared to be everyone just dips their knife in the jar, maybe once, twice or as many times as they like - this must be the most unhealthy and unhygenic practice know to guests in this day and age. Appalled by this and I let them know.
