The Rose and Crown

Beautiful old pub in the English countryside, very close to the Ridgeway and a lot of historic sites. Rooms were very comfy, the inn had lovely food and drink and the village was as picturesque as you can get. Really the standout though were the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly and made it a great stay.

Attentative and very helpful staff. Lovely room, quiet. Bar and lounge available Excellent meals. Near the Oxford Ridgeway for very good walking Small suggestion . Our room would have benefitted from a towel rail and bin in the bathroom
