Angel Inn Hotel

My wife and I arrived early for our dinner, bed, and breakfast stay at The Angel. We parked our car in the hotel's private car park and checked in at reception. The very helpful receptionist informed us that our room was ready and showed us to our room (it's not often you experience this in today's world!). The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious, hot, and attractively presented. The restaurant was busy, but maintaned a cosy atmosphere. The breakfast, which is cooked to order and served to the table was delicious, with the lady taking the order and serving us making us feel valued and comfortable (it was the same lady who welcomed us so pleasantly at reception the afternoon before). All of the staff smiled and spoke each time they saw anyone, giving the hotel the cosy and welcoming feel that is aften missing in modern hospitality. We will definately return!

We went to the Angel in Pershore for an evening meal with friends which was good. Served with local produce and lamb, however the evening was made complete by the service and attention we received from our server Melinda, she made us really welcome and nothing was too much trouble she appears to have and instinctive rapport with her customers providing perfect balanced service which we greatly appreciated Thank You

Very busy day with the plum festival in full swing but our server Madeline was an oasis of calm professionalism amidst a lot of people and one particular table of rude customers. We had a very enjoyable meal in no small part due to her high level of customer service, in particular addressing the needs of my gluten free partner
