Stayed here under a group booking for three nights Location was excellent and within walking distance of the centre of Evesham and a lovely waterside location. Parking was plentiful and free with the booking. The cooked full breakfast was excellent. I had poached eggs and they were lovely and cooked just right. There was also a selection of bread and jams, cereal, yogurt and pastries. No evening meal was available, but there is a plentiful selection of eateries within walking distance (Namaste and the the Old Swanne Inne (Wetherspoons) to name but two). We were on floor 2 (there is no lift) in a Premium Room which was nicely decorated. . Bed was comfy and massive. The bathroom was large clean and tidy. There was a wardrobe, desk/table/chair, tv and coffee/tea making facilities. All Staff were lovely - helpful and polite. Our room was overlooking the courtyard at the back and was quiet. Price was reasonable. Would stay here again, but maybe on the ground floor!

Stayed here for the Evesham Festival, great room, comfy bed and had the cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of free parking if staying there and very cheap if not. Definitely would stay again.

Located near the river and a short walk from the town centre it was a clean and tidy stay. The reception staff were welcoming and showed us to our room. Room 18 was spacious although slightly dated the biggest let down was the really old bed base. The sheets and mattress were clean and it was a comfy quiet sleep. It would have been useful to have a table to rest our case. If you want a budget stay this is ideal for a night.
