Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 J7

I would like to leave this review for Daniela and her stellar customer service. I had asked for my room to be cleaned at the reception desk but unfortunately the message wasn’t relayed so when I returned from being out my room was still a bit untidy. I explained to her that I would at least need fresh towels. However, she took it upon herself to go up to my room , change the bedding, exchange the old towels for fresh ones and to remove the rubbish. In addition, she offered me complimentary breakfast for the miscommunication. It was really nice of her to take the initiative to fix the problem and to apologise. I appreciate you Daniela! Thank you !

Just had a great 2 night stay at this premier inn, Lisa was a star and nothing was a bother(watched her do the same with a couple from abroad at breakfast) I had a cooked to order breakfast that was nicely done. We'll definitely be back. Don't know who did the woodwork/sealant repair in the bathroom but they want a talking to for that work, doesn't reflect well. Room 214

Birmingham great Barr/ m6 j7. Good location, shops close by. The double room was clean and cosy, great for an overnight stay but in need of modernisation. Very friendly staff and guests. Breakfast staff on duty were fantastic especially the duty manager Lisa, her customer service was second to none. Lisa was great with the children aged between 17 years old to 5 months old, she realised that my granddaughter has autism and took time and patience to make sure she and we all had everything we needed. By the end of breakfast Lisa knew who was who in our family of 10. Lisa is a great asset to the establishment. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to family and friends .
