Premier Inn Bromsgrove Central

Comfortable stay, but no glasses, plastic or otherwise, in the bathroom. Un professional conversion in dinning room disturbed our breakfast

Room was all you expect from a premier inn but food service for evening meal was poor. Took 30mins to get served then staff disappeared so no follow up or dessert service ( the B&B + dinner package purchased) We followed this up with the staff in the morning but was told there was nothing they could do . Breakfast was good.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff on reception. Good evening meal too
