Ramada Birmingham Solihull

I was gifted a meal for two at the resturant Oct 2020. After booking and arriving it was found the resturant and hotel to be closed, with no staff to help or advise we left the car park to go elsewhere. I was in the car park 16 mins and am now being taken to small claims courts for not paying for parking that should have been validated at the meal.... I did not go elsewhere in Solihull yet i am to pay a fine for a car park i used for 16 minutes as we were not pre advised the hotel and resturant was closed until further notice.... poor communication!! This Hotel doesnt even warrent the 1 out of 5

Booked via Agoda, very cheap deal a few weekends ago. They did not inform either Agoda or myself that they decided to close, and we only found out when we arrived, and they tried to blame the booking agent. Trouble with this is I worked in the industry, and saw through these lies! The bank found they had kept our money, and got us a refund asap. They have not done themselves any favours, a d judging by other reviews they will struggle to regain trust.

The Be Kind charity is so very grateful for all your help and kindness. The lovely Anita Tarry works at the hotel and gives up an incredible amount of her own tine to help people in need. We are so very grateful to the hotel and all the staff for their help.
