We booked for 2 night and got locked out the room after one night with our stuff in the room, had to call the cops for them to finally look it up and give us the key for the second night

I spent a night here before riding the Chief Ladiga trail. The motel is just down the street from the trail head. It is basic but clean, which is more important to me than lots of frills. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. (We had no car, as we were doing a one-way.ride, so we shuttled to the starting point.) There don't seem to be any convenience stores in the immediate vicinity and the vending machines were mostly empty, so if you want particular snacks or beverages, try to bring them with you. But for starting a rude on the trail it's an excellent location.

I booked this through Travelocity and quickly called Travelocity once we arrived at the room. The bathroom was atrocious and the room reeked. Travelocity spoke with the lady and said a manager would take care of it. No one ever called or checked to see if they could help. I had to go Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and bug spray. I would not let my 5 yr. old shower there. I piled t-shirts for her to sleep on. There is no deep soaking tub, spa, hair salon, breakfast of any kind, deli-snack shop, premium bedding. We checked in and out from the parking lot through a small window. The pictures and amenities are fraudulent and the owner is unethical in his business. Shameful.
