I don't even know where to start.. customer service was so welcoming and friendly, everybody treated me so good, I don't want to start naming, because I might leave someone out,but just to name a few..Emily is such a sweetheart, she came out to congratulate me on each of my wins, she was very happy for me, and she made me feel special,Mona thanks for your kindness Letender I hope I spelled it correctly @ Lucille's was so helpful and patient with me, I Lovvveeeee Johnathan, he offered to bring me snacks so I didn't have to go for them, sorry I forgot some names but EVERYONE treated me like a royal princess, all I needed was a crown and red carpet, I never encountered so many genuinely nice, people in one place ever....This was my 2nd visit. The 1st time was a few months prior and I was shown the same hospitality.. if it's God's Will I plan to visit again September 11th 2026 I've already made hotel reservations there I love wind Creek and all of it employees. Thanks everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting...Y'all were so good to me, traveling from Georgia is always worth it..

By far the worst experience ever! The machines are a joke and all you can smell throughout the casino is Marijuana! I was on one machine where I was betting $2.40 and I had 20 free spins and it barely paid me $1. Also, it is not a safe place at all. They have no security whatsoever and if anybody wins, people stalk them! Especially if they're not with a group!
