Hampton Inn and Suites Huntsville/Research Park Area

We stayed the weekend of July 10-12 2026. The room was fantastic! OMG, the king sized bed, wait for it, actually had KING PILLOWS! Everyone working there was just so friendly. Especially JERI! Embarrassingly enough one morning I misjudged the amount of syrup I poured, and seriously dripped it everywhere. Making an absolute mess! She was so gracious and had it cleaned up before you could blink. Still smiling the whole time. She was mopping the foyer floor, stepped in to help with a lost and found at the desk, and answered someone’s question about the breakfast bar. Just amazing service. I mentioned in passing when chatting, something about the sausage being a little spicy for our men’s softball players. Not a complaint, at all. Next morning my boyfriend commented that there was a choice of spicy or regular sausage. Seriously, what hotel does that? Especially during summer’s busy times? Our group of 20+ will most DEFINITELY stay again next year! And I can’t wait to see your Employee Of The Year - Jeri!

I have stayed here several times over the last 10+ years. I can still only recommend this hotel. It is located in a quiet area, and everything in Huntsville can be reached well to very well, and the service and breakfast are good.

Missy from the front desk was very helpful. We had to check-in overnight for an event the next day and she was attentive and made sure we were ok at nearly 3am in the morning!! It was a huge help after the drive and the very long day!
