Quality Hotel

My wife and I booked this overnight stay to go to my sisters wake and funeral. When we checked in, there were three men staying there on the ground floor right beside the stairs to the upper rooms. Cooking out and drinking, but, to their credit, they were very polite and kept the noise down. The room was AWFUL! It Stunk to hi heavens! My wife got out the Lysol and sprayed down the room. There was not a n alarm clock, with NO wake-up service! I tried to call, no working phone! Said, "Hell with it, I`ll use my phone!" My wife turned down a bed and, THERE WERE DARK STAINS ALL OVER IT! No way, I went downstairs to complain, they said the only room left was a single. I said we will take it because we were exhausted! THAT room stunk! Lysoled down. Went to bathroom, door latch was GONE!! My wife went to shower and the tub was so slippery with something oily, I had to hold her up to shower! I just sponged off! Most Horrible experience I have EVER had, and I have stayed in some BAD places! Should be shut down! Never said a word about compensating us for the down grade either!

The room had the worst odor, towels very worn, staff rude, handicapped lift chair at pool broken. No soap or shampoo I'm shower dispenser. No one cleans the rooms. Bugs on the walls. Just down right filthy, I'd rather sleep under a bridge. Bed felt damp, sticky. Smo mm e alarms broke and laying on the floor. Just grose!! An experience you definitely want to avoid. AND...YOUR WELCOME !

Nice room and very cold AC!!! And in South Alabama that's a very good thing in the summer! The ladies at the front desk are the best there's is and have always taken very good care of me and make it feel like a home say from home. I've been here with my work staying at the Saraland Red roof inn for the last 3 mos and highly recommend them to anyone! Come see Ms Rita she Will take good care of you!
