Quality Inn Mobile

Horrible customer service at the quality inn tillmans corner Mobile Alabama. The guy was very rude. We made reservations for 2 rooms with a rollaway bed. When we arrived he said he already gave the rollaway bed so we will have to add another room. He said it only shows one room and one person. We filled the reservations with how many people and their birthdays and everything. So we are going to another motel. I would not use quality inn. Now Choice hotels tells me they are still going to charge me for the rooms.

Avoid staying at all cost. A friend had booked the room for us and it was already paid for but we had to check out and into another hotel. The room smelled, holes in the wall, filthy carpet, no closets, room looked as if it had not been dusted in LITERALLY years, just a horrible experience. We checked in and left to do some running around and didn't really pay close attention until we got back and they would not change our room stating that we had been in there for a couple of hours but I doubt if another room would have been any better. Our friend lost out on a refund but we just had to leave and didn't blame our friend since they haven't traveled and stayed in hotels for for a long while due to medical reasons.

Do not stay at this place. I left my room and went to go get some lunch and I came back and my room door was wide open and there was supposedly working on the air conditioner. All of my things were where I left them but were exposed to anybody who could walk past my room and the manager / owner was one of the ones working on the air conditioner and I told him that that was unacceptable That's the reason why we have doors to keep them closed and for our privacy. He told me he would give me another room I told him I said no that's still unacceptable I would like a refund because I feel violated and he told me no refund. This guy's a major jerk he doesn't care anything about your comfort all he cares about is the money
