Dumpy…. Walls had spackle on them, glitter smeared on walls, trim missing around door, the dead bolt would not work felt very unsafe door, would not lock due to previous damage. No Blanket just a sheet with a hole in it and a top sheet,didn’t sleep well because we were cold. Finally put my coat on in bed. Hallways were dumpy , elevator had broken tile floors, disappointing.

I stayed at the RRI location back in 2021, on a previous road trip; and now I did the same. I had a pleasant comfortable stay back then; and also now. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint is the amount of litter, and garbage on the walkways, grass, and the parking lot. The staff was friendly, and my three rabbits were comfortable. I’ll give it a high rating of two rabbit ears up!! (\ (\ ( -.-) o_(“)(“)

Rooms are clean. Staff is excellent. This place has been great to our family allowed all pets let us repeatedly extend our stay. Prince was a huge help and we are extremely pleased with our stay. I've seen several families from Louisiana here and not heard a single complaint. Everyone I've spoken to has been very happy, the staff has been very understanding and done above and beyond for us all. Five stars and 2 thumbs up!
