Title: A Better Than Expected Stay with Minor Improvements Needed Overall, I had a surprisingly enjoyable stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. The biggest reason for that was the staff. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were consistently kind, professional, and willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Their positive attitude made a lasting impression and significantly improved my overall experience. The room itself was comfortable, and despite a few issues, I found my stay to be relaxing. While no hotel is perfect, I believe constructive feedback helps improve the guest experience, so I wanted to share a few observations. One of my biggest concerns was the number of wasps around the property. There seemed to be quite a few, especially in outdoor areas, and it made walking around outside less comfortable than it should have been. Addressing this would make guests feel much more at ease. Another issue was the occasional smell of cigarette smoke near the entrance. Although it wasn't present all the time, when it was, the odor could become fairly strong and unpleasant. Finding a way to reduce or eliminate that would create a much better first impression for arriving guests. I also have a few suggestions that I think would make the rooms even more enjoyable. Connecting the television to Wi-Fi would allow guests to use streaming services, which has become an expected convenience for many travelers. I also think providing a remote control for the air conditioner would be a worthwhile upgrade. In the smaller rooms, the airflow can be very powerful, and having to get up and manually adjust the settings each time is a bit inconvenient. There are also a few maintenance items that could use some attention. Some areas of the room could benefit from a fresh coat of paint to keep everything looking clean and well maintained. The shower exhaust fan was very weak and didn't seem to remove moisture effectively after a shower. Brighter night lights in the bathroom would also be a nice addition, making it easier to navigate the room at night without turning on the main lights. Finally, I noticed that the electrical outlets in the bathroom appeared to be worn. Plugs didn't fit securely and would sometimes slip out or feel loose when appliances were connected. Replacing those outlets would improve both convenience and confidence when using them. Despite these suggestions and minor complaints, none of them outweighed the excellent customer service I received. The staff's hospitality truly stood out and made my stay much more enjoyable. It's refreshing to find a place where the employees genuinely care about their guests. With a few updates and maintenance improvements, this property could provide an even better experience. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay much more than I expected, and I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

It was wonderful, the people was very accommodating. They was just amazing. The bed's nice the room's clean excellent is all I can say.
