absolutely filthy, nothing washed or wiped down . beds were stained and gross , entire room smells like smoke even though we picked the no smoke room . would never come back again

I booked 3 rooms for 6/12/26, and I received a confirmation on my mom’s phone. We arrived at the hotel, we were in town for my grandmother’s funeral, we don’t know nothing about Alabama!!! They told us the rooms was all taken, and they are booked until August 2026. We did not have no where to go. Sorry for the inconvenience, they called a refund company and told me I would get my money back in 48 hours!!! Still today I have not gotten my money back!!! They are rude, when I called to ask for the name of the refund company, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then when the man came on the phone, he was very rude, said I need to call the refund company, I requested for the name and number, he hung up on me!!! He will not pick up my call!! I am from Cali, and we do not like to be scammed, I am placing a complaint with the Alabama business Bureau, and I called my bank and I told them I have been scammed by this hotel!! I will be making a police report about my theft!!!!! I will be back to protest this Hotel, so they do not receive business!!! My confirmed booking #ORW64664 !!! I want my money back! Please do not book this hotel! Many people has stated that they have not given refunds back!!!! We need to get a class action law suit to sue them for our money and the inconvenience that they caused us, especially for us out of towners!!!!!! Do Not BooK this Hotel!!! Boy cott this hotel!!!!!!

I had a bit of a misunderstanding about wi fi after checking in. But it was just that you had to register on your browser and the woman at the front desk did not understand the problem to explain it. But once understood there was no problem. I thought the room was just fine. Nice TV, fridge, coffee maker, micro. Bed was fine. On the front side a bit of traffic noise. Breakfast is very basic . But overall for the price I thought this was a good value.
