Super 8 Motel - Troy

staff was very nice we was on the road and we arrived after 11:00 o'clock and she was very pleasant and helpful made to our room wast upfront breakfast was very good and check out a breeze

Check-in was a very long process because we booked 2 rooms. Clerk had to call someone several times before it was done. Ran out of breakfast 35 min before it ended at 9 am. 7 people shared 3 waffles (waffle batter was out too) and 6 mini donuts. No milk or juice was available. If I hadn’t used points for free rooms I would have been VERY upset with overall inconvenience.

place was rundown in both in appearance . Actual rooms reflected the appearance, and we were not happy with motel. no phone in one of rooms. couldnt connect to internet and office provided no help.
