The roaches here are really bad. Everywhere in the room. It was crazy, roach on my bed, roaches by my food, bags, etc. Just disgusting

I went with my girlfriend and puppy. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Huey had to be one of the best front desk people at the hotel we’ve been at. As many of the other reviewers had said, make sure to ask for Huey when you go. He provides excellent customer service and was very courteous.

1. Huey, staff at the Sure Stay in Tuscaloosa is HANDS DOWN the BEST.... We- lucked into staying there a few weeks ago while visiting my daughter for a softball tournament and he was A-MAZING. He made us feel very welcomed and took care of each and every need we had with such a friendly and outgoing attitude. 2. I made the mistake of booking the next stay through another 3rd party (online). I needed to change the dates and COULD NOT DO IT for several days.... Then when I called, the staff over the phone was extremely rude and said I would just be out the money for the days I needed. TOTAL LIES.... TOTAL CRAP SERVICE.' 3. I contacted Sure Stay and was able to speak with Huey when I called for this second stay. HE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUES that I had been dealing with for DAYS..... no issues, friendly, same outgoing an amazing staff that he always is. NO ISSUES. PEOPLE- listen to me when I say to call this hotel directly and make your reservations for any need that you have in Tuscaloosa. It is a clean hotel, and the rooms were super nice. You WILL NOT beat this service anywhere in T-TOWN. Because of this specific staff, Huey, and the other staff while on our first stay, we will ONLY stay here when we come to town. They have our business. If you want great service and amazing staff- BOOK ON THE PHONE WITH THEM.
