The location is prime. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was excellent.

This place has gone WAY down hill since "the new owner" took over. I have been coming here with a large group for years. The prices are WAY up ($399/night) and the quality is WAY down. Broken ice machines, broken items in the room, smelly common spaces, outdated rooms. I realize this is Alaska but since the ownership change - it is TERRIBLE. We will be looking for a new place next year....

Was a great stay at the Hotel. Food was good at the restaurant. Had an issue with third party booking though. Next time will book direct with the hotel. I recommend any of the 3 hotels. I’ve stayed at Westmark, Baranof and Sitka on vacations.
