Although it seems to be a little over-priced it is a good place to spend a few days in the sun. (weekend days are $27 more than weekdays as well) Has a swimming pool, coffee available in the morning, lots of seating by the water and a nice area to clean the fish catch. Daily room service very limited....every 2-3 days unless there is an immediate need. We did not have any WI-FI during our stay of 5 days. Located close to the heart of Marathon Key.

Even though the rooms were small they were clean and priced right. Staff was very helpful. Scenic canal view with coffee on the water every morning.

Clean, layout of room was nice. No breakfast offered and pool is not heated. Great location though and the front desk staff was really helpful and nice.
