We were first time visitors to Thousand Trails and Cottonwood. The staff are all top notch. Every single one seemed genuinely happy & helpful. We had the most beautiful, expansive, full hookup site M36 with magnificent views & quality hookups that seemed like new! We couldn’t believe the enormity of the property & while we didn’t get to use any amenities or participate in any planned activities, we enjoyed walking, ebiking, wine tasting nearby, & stargazing! The location is perfect for enjoying Sedona & the scenic drive, Montezuma Castle& Well, Cottonwood, Dead Horse State Park, Verde Valley train ride & wineries. Conveniently close is grocery shopping, dining & fuel. We really enjoyed Restaurant Bocce who serves up delish Neopolitan pizza, crispy salads, great cocktails & with wonderful service. Thank you TT & Cottonwood for a great first impression & wonderful stay @ great value.

We had a large group for our family reunion. Each family stayed in their own cabin and the group booking agent made every effort to have all our cabins close together. The staff was over the top friendly. With such a large group (lots of teenagers), we were a little nervous, but the staff made sure we knew how welcome we were. The lodge was a great place to gather and play games. The pool area was always clean. The cabins were well stocked with towels, toiletries, dishes and cooking supplies. Would 100% go back again!

Thousand Trails home office should come here and learn. We were greeted at the gate. The person at the gate gave us a great talk about the rules and the park. We were given a map of the sites we could pick out ourselves. We settled on the third try and texted them our site number. The roads do not have potholes. The place is clean, and the showers are great. In May, we were in Lancaster, PA, and Cape May, NJ and the Thousand Trails there were good also. Then we stayed at Lake Whitney TX, the roads are so bad we will not be back. Lake Medina did not have enough help. Someone had to be called from another Thousand Trails to give him one day off.
