Stinky, room was no way non smoking. Horrible service, no one in office, lazy lazy employees. Sour attitude. Never again i stay here, hooker hotels in peru are cleaner and more polite. Will report to all agencies

Horrible experience. Room was unsafe, smoke detector pulled out of ceiling, wires remained dangling from electrical. No lamp shades, just exposed bulbs, we had no towels and were told by the Front Desk that the linen room was just one floor below us and unlocked, so we could get what we needed from there. No water in the pool. The headboard wasn't fastened to anything and fell on us. And there was no security lock on the door, plus there was a 1/2" gap between the door and the doorframe. You could actually see the hallway outside.

The desk clerk at the Marriott referred us here because they were full. I don’t know what they were thinking. To be fair, the sheets were clean and the manager who check me in was very nice. But my room is a dump. It smells like a mix of cigarette and weed smoke. The are peeling brown patches on the tub and toilet seat. The bed is not even flat. If it were not a prepaid room and late at night after a long day of driving, I’d be getting out of here. At least the AC works.
