Positive experiences: Pool, restaurant, service, cleanliness, quiet location Negatives: Room is dark, needs better lighting. Air conditioning is very old, loud, inefficient.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The customer service was unacceptable, and the staff showed a complete lack of care. During my stay, a group of guests was playing aggressively with a ball in the swimming pool, repeatedly hitting me and other guests. When I reported this safety concern, the staff ignored me. When I mentioned that I would formally complain, they responded with complete indifference

We recently stayed here on our trip and the kids really liked the pool area. The hot tub was not working but the pool was nice and warm and we spent quite a bit of time in here. We even saw Mitt Romney down at the pool area with his grandkids. At night we went into the bar area to play some card games and watch the World Cup game and that area is really nice as well. Overall it was a really nice stay. The room was nice a big and all things were kept up there pretty well. I'd recommend this place as a place to stay while you're in the area. There is no continental breakfast which is our only knock as we like to have a complimentary breakfast before we begin our next day as hotels cost a decent amount of money and then to have to go and buy breakfast on top of that is harder on a budget.
