It’s not the fact that it’s in a bad part of town or it’s a garbage place to stay but the fact that they are horrible with customer service. I tried calling them about my skateboard I left there and they put me on hold for about 25 minutes and I decided to hang up, and I know that they aren’t getting any service at the time I called either so that wasn’t cool. And then I call them again and they put me on hold for like 5 minutes and the chick picks up the phone and I asked her what happened and she reply’s, “Oh we threw it away.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Too short shower curtain in tub meant bathroom floor flooded while taking a shower. Lot of cockroaches in bathroom, probably attracted by the damp flooded condition. Small size thin scratchy towels were truly awful. Room was spacious, especially since there was so little furniture in it. King bed was reasonably comfortable. No, I won't come back here again.
