Long review but entertaining……This is probably one of my worst experiences to date. So I drive to Arizona (a 5.5 hr drive from my home) to get to this hotel. First of all, the pictures do not show an accurate depiction of the property. The outside was seedy to say the least. You’ve got guests of the hotel outside with the sticky green, the parking lot was small. The pool was barely bigger than a bathtub. So I go into the lobby. At first glance, the lobby looks okay. I am waiting at the counter…and waiting. I’d say about 5 minutes or so. I call out because I can hear a person moving. And I have the pleasure of meeting Anna – well not really. To say she was rude and dismissive was an understatement. I tell her I’m here to check in. She doesn’t greet me, she doesn’t’ smile. She is completely rude, cold and dismissive. I don’t expect a red carpet but some semblance of human interaction would have been nice. She gives me the wrong check in info. Seems she provided it for another guest. She snatches the paper back and gives me my paperwork. Then she hands me my keys….room 301. So I lug my three bags upstairs to room 301 to find out my keys don’t work. I am past upset at this point so I drag my stuff back downstairs to ask for another key. I ask her again, you did say 301 correct. She’s like ‘yeah that’s what I said”. At this point, I’m super annoyed, go back upstairs to find my keys don’t work. I go downstairs AGAIN and tell her the keys don’t work – what does she do? She just looks at me. Literally. No words, no nothing, just a blank mute stare. That makes me even more upset and I was trying not to be react, but I’m like c’mon. So you’re just going to stand there? She didn’t attempt to fix the key or even go see if the door was broken, she just stood there mute. AFTER I HAVE DRIVEN 5.5 HOURS….I grab my stuff and leave. She asks me “do you want to go to another hotel”? I am still baffled as to why she didn’t either give me a new room or fix my key. I am P.O’ ed at this point. I leave and find another hotel of their brand. Then I call their customer services to be told “I cant help you because Anna didn’t check you out” so with all the technology we have in the world the computers don’t talk to each other. I asked the rep on the phone if I could speak to a supervisor. She told me ‘no, I have the same authority’. I told her that her authority was s* and it wasn’t helping me. I asked the lady at the other hotel how much their rooms where? $169.00 per night….for a Comfort Suites??? Um never…..the other hotel was dirty, dusty and under construction….okay pardon our dust. I ended up at the Motel 6 next door….that is the next review. Some ‘manager’ calls me back. To tell me that she would give me points in lieu of the money I paid for my room. So I asked her how would my credit card get paid? I don’t want to be charged for a room when I didn’t even step inside. Overall, my last few experiences at choice hotels has been trash to say the least. I am Elite Diamond status but apparently that doesn’t matter. I know one thing I will never use their properties in Arizona again. The customer service I received was terrible. NEVER AGAIN

I had a great experience at this hotel! The entire place was very clean, and my room was spotless. The mattress and blanket were honestly the best I’ve ever slept on—so comfortable that I’m now considering purchasing the same ones for my own home! The staff was courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. They also offer a complimentary breakfast with a nice variety of options including eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fruit, and juices. While there was no meat, the breakfast was still filling and delicious. A special shoutout to the lady who was constantly checking the breakfast are she kept everything well-stocked and tidy. Which really made a difference because it could be busy there at times. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This is by far the WORST hotel i’ve ever been to. We got kicked out within 3 hours of our stay for “smoking” yet neither of us smoke at all.. Staff was very rude, key cards didn’t work multiple times and the staff wasnt very helpful. there was dark red and brown stains all over curtains and bed. the smell was horrible. and if it couldn’t get worse there was left over “liquid” in a container in the fridge. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
