Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Pinnacle Peak

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. I stayed three nights while my air conditioner is not working at my apartments. Wish it was longer. When I got to the room, it was so spotless that the tub and floor were shining on to each other. The floor by the front door was shining. There was not an ounce of dust or dirt anywhere.. now I have severe allergies and that’s amazing for me. The beds were the most comfortable, and the pillows were like clouds, conveniently next to the end table between the beds with the lamps, they had two black plugs on each side, which are so important for people I need my fan plugged in and I had my phone plugged in and then my son had his own area to plug his stuff in if he didn’t have the plug for your charger, you can just stick it into the USB port. It was grea…..another thing was their air conditioning. I have been without air-conditioning basically since August 7 to have that freezing cold amazing air conditioning in my comfortable bed was the best ever. All of the staff were so nice and helpful and kind. They have breakfast in the morning for you and also I’ve never seen any other hotel do this at 5:30 PM they have dinner for you for free and alcoholic drinks or regular drinks.. 4 PM to 8 PM they have popcorn popped in the popcorn machine and free soda. Of course they have their pool. I didn’t get to use it. I have a fractured back that’s unhealed so I really didn’t get to go around, but I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the water pressure for the shower was amazing the toilets the way they flush they have a unique flush. With my severe allergies and asthma, it was great for me not to have to worry about anybody smoking or vaping in the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful day and everyone should stay here.

I needed a hotel to stay while dropping off my daughter for college. First stay lived it so much you have a customer for life

This is gotta be one of the best hotels in the area. The breakfast is good. They even have these drink tickets for the adults that allow you to get three drinks and refreshments. They leave their soda machine off for you until about 10 PM so that you can come down and get something to drink. It was just overall a great stay.! I’m telling you if you book this hotel you will regret it.
