Extended Stay Deluxe Phoenix Biltmore

I have had the worse experience with Extended stay, they are the most unprofessional hotel brand I have ever dealt with. They have no compassion and quite frankly act as if they have no interest in having guests or recurring visitors. They are unwilling to help people and act like you paying them for the stay is them doing you a favor. Horrible customer service from these people at every level and it was a huge disappointment

No one was at the front desk when we arrived and when they did show up they were extremely rude . The room had a loud Air conditioner and windows so cheap you can hear all traffic . There was mold under the bathroom sink. The stopper in the bath tub was just laying out in the tub . Everything seemed “somewhat “ clean but not great .
