When I arrived, the first room assigned to me had a broken A/C and I had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room had an extremely noisy A/C unit that made it difficult to relax.
The worst part was the bathroom. I found hair in the shower, and honestly, I couldn’t even tell what part of the body it came from. The shower was clearly not cleaned properly and looked dirty. It was so disgusting that I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower during my stay.
Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be a priority. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.
