Hampton Inn Phoenix-Chandler

When I arrived, the first room assigned to me had a broken A/C and I had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room had an extremely noisy A/C unit that made it difficult to relax. The worst part was the bathroom. I found hair in the shower, and honestly, I couldn’t even tell what part of the body it came from. The shower was clearly not cleaned properly and looked dirty. It was so disgusting that I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower during my stay. Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be a priority. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, easy to get in and out of, and nearby to plenty of retail. Property showing signs of age and needs a refurbish but was okay over all.

Got into the room and checked under the sheets to find pee and vomit stains all over the mattresses, went to have room changed only to get another room were the beds had more pee stains and the sheets were also stained as if they hadn't even tried to clean it. It was disgusting.
