Came here for a gymnastics meet and had a great experience. Food was great and Logan was wonderful. I know he was selling vacations but he was a great helping us feel welcome. He shared with us about the area and was extremely helpful.

From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately made my stay feel special. Haley consistently went above and beyond — offering helpful local recommendations, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, and handling every interaction with the kind of care and attention you rarely see. Her positive attitude and commitment to great guest service truly stood out. Because of Haley, I’ll absolutely be returning to this location. Embassy Suites Downtown Phoenix is fortunate to have her representing their team.

Had a family reunion and had a fabulous time! The whole staff was amazing especially liked working with Jon for rooms and Irene for catering services. Especially liked the attention that Logan and Hailey gave. They made us feel very special and seeing their smiling faces and personality's each day made our day! Thank you for a great time😊
