InnPlace Hotel Phoenix North

Surrounding area definitely does not match the photos. Area is very run down and we were nervous when we pulled up to the hotel. We arrived 15 minutes prior to allowed check in time and they wanted to charge us $25 to check in early. I thought this was ridiculous for 15 minutes. Gave us the choice to wait 15 minutes or pay the fee....after saying we'd wait they did waive the fee and let us check in 15 minutes early. Overall our stay was fine...we only stayed one night. Room was average for a Best Western...nothing fancy. AC unit was very loud. Included breakfast was good.

Beds need to be upgraded they are the spring matress and very worn out. The bedding materials need to be replaced. The smell in the room needs fixing.

This hotel is quaint and comfy. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Michelle is an absolute pleasure.
