QUALITY INN GLENDALE

Was staying long tern off and on every week, thought it was fairly nice for my personal issue , Marana and Nancy were wonderful to me and so was the manager until a couple days ago. I don’t know why but he told me I can’t come back no explanation or nothing despite my situation I even try to talk to him. He refused to get on the phone. He makes his staff look bad instead of talking things out. He has the staff tell people the only thing that I wanna say is one of the housekeepers being at your door like the police before 11 o’clock telling you check out even if you have extended, they don’t communicate with the front desk and even if you’re gonna be a little later and you have communicated, I feel like she has it out for people that good stuff helps overcome the place and it was convenient for my place. I would even refer it to people, but now I won’t because I can’t believe I was DNR but you should see the people that stayed there. What a shame.

The check in experience was 5 Stars thanks to the front receptionist named Mariana. I accidentally booked a smoking room and she instantly swapped it for a non smoking without any issues, and she was very professional and nice. Would def. go back just because of Mariana.

$50 dollars extra for a non smoking room? The smoking room made my son with asthma sick. Had to pay extra for non smoking room. Should be illegal under the ADA laws. Stains and stinky rooms. Never again.
