Extended stay residents smoke pot by the pool every afternoon making it unavailable to kids and family u less you want to get high too! I asked the staff if that was allowed. They said their manager, Melissa Felix had “no problem with it.” They would not bother the pot smoking residents. We could take our kids to another hotel to swim if we wanted. Besides that the rooms are dated. It doesn’t feel clean. There are better options down the road or across the I-17.

We stayed for five nights. - Two mornings, there was no coffee in the breakfast room. - Almost every day we were locked out of the building and had to have our key cards redone. - We were supposed to have the room made up every other day, but it was only done once during our stay. - The stuffing in the room’s couch is about gone. - There’s no stopper in the bathroom sink. - The hot water temperature is just warm enough to keep you from complaining. - We had to log back into Netflix and YouTube every day. - The internet speed is very slow – 10Mps. - There’s no ice maker, and no ice cube trays. If you want ice, you have to take the bucket down to the first floor and fill it from the ice machine.

When we first got to our room there was finger prints on the mirror in the bathroom, found a spider, microwave was not heating & the remote control in the room was not working. It was a mess! We called the front desk to help us & Lisa the front desk rep on duty was not as friendly & accommodating. She was smirking when we asked to please move us to another room. I immediately let her know it’s our 1st time staying here & we would like to have a good experience so in the future we can come back & stay again. Well… Lisa really put the sour taste in my mouth. She seems like she doesn’t appreciate her job, lack of customer service, lack of empathy & understanding & assistance. She seemed so annoyed that she didn’t want to make an effort of helping our stay be more comfortable.
