Holiday Inn Express and Suites Pinetop

Everything was fine. This was the third year in a row that we stayed at GT in Pinetop. It seems the easy chair in our room was pretty much warn and dirty looking. Other than that, everything was fine.

A Flashing wall light greeted me as I entered the room and hit the wall switch. The phone on night stand was flashing red. When I pushed the button to turn off the phone light, I got a voice telling me I had the wrong number. Someone came to the room and installed a new bulb on the wall lamp. The flashing light continued. It is obviously an electrical wiring problem that should have been fixed. I was told the maintenance man would look at it in the morning. I will have checked out by then. I was told to unplug the phone from the wall and that every phone in the hotel had the flashing red light problem and did the same thing. Obviously, no one is taking care of this place. I couldn’t believe the lack of concern or customer service. I will not be staying here again.

Lady at front desk was rude won’t let you check in early 30 mins mold in the shower on the handy cap chair carpet was coming apart wall paper was pilling off the walls . Says it has a bar lounge. But was never opened . Inside pool looked gross water was foggy .
