Hampton Inn & Suites Scottdale

This is a good hotel. Great breakfast choices with eggs, waffles, and fresh fruit. They have a great pool and hot tub. Pool water was hot and clean. Hot tub also worked and was well maintained. Breakfast was great with great choices for hot/cold food. Food was always replenished. Loved that they had fresh fruit cup. Front desk personnel were outstanding. Check in was easy. Special thanks to DeAnne for excellent room recommendations. I was in rm 143 a deluxe room which didn’t disappoint. Wonderful staff with a special thanks to Jason and Adrienne for always taking care of everything I needed, The shuttle service was an excellent benefit to this hotel.Also beautiful maintained gardens which were beautifully landscaped. Also cookies, cheese/crackers around 5:00 daily.

Very easy check in/ checkout- great breakfast

First, let me start with the positive. All of the staff from the front desk to maintenance were unfailingly kind under quite difficult circumstances. That said, don't stay here. The hotel had So Many maintenance issues that were ongoing. Water problems, open fire doors, broken tiles in the bathroom, drab rooms: breakfast luke warm at best. I mean, I know you can do better elsewhere. This facility is just broken down. We got a much better price elsewhere at a much nicer facility.
