I received a letter in the mail for free play and 20 dollars food and beverage. But my first name was incorrect. They would not honor it. I traveled more than an hour to do this booked it and the couldn't help me terrible service and you guys should really honor your customers management wouldn't help so I wanted a refund. I will never go back again thanks for the terrible experience
