Amazing food very friendly staff

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Amara. It’s a lovely property with attentive staff, and the food at Salt Rock was excellent. Our room was clean, albeit small, and lacked functional space, especially for a family of three. The one major disappointment, however, was the ongoing construction in the resort’s courtyard. The construction area is adjacent to the pool and became quite loud at times. Our room was also upgraded to a courtyard view, which meant we had an even closer view—and experience—of the construction. I’m not sure why the courtyard view was chosen for the upgrade, particularly since I had specifically requested a room on a higher floor. While the overall stay was enjoyable, the construction and room assignment detracted from what otherwise could have been a more relaxing experience.

1st experience in Sedona and we absolutely loved the stay here at Amara. The staff here are all so professional, friendly, attentive to your needs. The resort is so clean, beautifully decorated, offering free cold water everywhere, great restaurant and bar and staff. The pool is great with the hot tub right below our room. We also had the big king suite and everything was comfortable.
