Loved the historic feel of Arizona Inn, and appreciated the central location, the cleanliness and the absolute beauty of the room and the grounds. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us - beautiful, clean, comfortable. We should have spent more time in the library - what a lovely room! We did hang out in there before checking out and enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Same thing with the pool area as we only did a walk through, but next time (as we will definitely come back). Restaurant was very accomodating when I walked in and asked if I could get something light to-go for my elderly mother. Front desk was over the top in service as I asked about the Arizona Inn history book in the rooms. I asked if they sold them because my mother wanted one. He gave me a complimentary copy and knew a lot about the history of the place. Overall our stay was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt very safe staying there.

I am surprised this is not listed as the no. 1 hotel in Tucson. I was on a road trip and had stayed at three hotels before the Arizona Inn. It reminded me of what a hotel could be. Truly exceptional at every level. From check in to the immaculate grounds and the spotless room.

We booked as we had to be at Banner Hospital very early for husbands surgery. I had a friend stay with me the other 2 nights for comfort! Thankful I booked night before surgery as there was a horrific monsoon storm and we never would have made it in time!
