LOEWS VENTANA CANYON(SUPERIOR)

The Flying V delivered a standout dining experience. From the first bite to the last, every dish was delicious, and those mushrooms were unforgettable. Tina was a total star — attentive, warm, and genuinely delightful. Sitting lakeside made the whole evening feel serene and a little magical. Highly recommend.

This was probably my 12th (ish) stay and none have been better than any other because all have been absolutely perfect. The property is tranquil, amenities/room spacious and comforting and staff beyond helpful. Josh in the main pool is a true stand out and an employee who works so hard, is engaging, friendly and was the one thing that I will walk away with in this latest perfect stay that I will remember. Please please please. Tell him thanks for all of us. The resort itself (if not familiar with Tucson) is a 20 minute drive to the heart of the action, but with a car (highly suggested as there is so much beauty to see), everything is within reach. And if you are a nature lover, there is a moderate to difficult 5 mile hike within walking distance of the property (Ventana Trail). My sister stayed with me in a room while we were in Tucson visiting family. We chose this resort because it was very close to the airbnb my brother was renting for the winter. I was glad we chose this resort. The room and balcony were very nice. However, the restaurant food could have been better. The pool and other areas were great. I'm glad we stayed here and might stay again next year.
