DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS LOCATION. The people who work there are insensitive and lack the moral compass to adequately care for their residents appropriately. They say they are "luxury" but the way the personnel act, is like a day-to-day rental hotel. My mom is currently suffering from a stroke. She went to the office to let them know she was moving. She needs more care and going to a new location. She is out of her lease in March and did not renew. She was asked a question about where she was going to move - she could not remember the address and said she would be back. She did not come back for another two weeks to tell them the new address. This is my mom's fault, she should have told them they didn't need her new address to get out of the lease, as it was up in March anyway and now, they are going to hold her to not giving them "actual" notice two weeks ago and are going to charge her 2300 extra dollars for a lease she was out of in March and didn't sign a new lease?? The tone and coldness of the apartment manager was unbelievable. The number of times she said to my mom " it is in the contract" without any compassion for her situation or mental challenges, must have been 100 times? Yet, the grace we have shown this apartment complex after two years of issues, they accidently towed my mom's car, they have entered into residence without permission over 5Xs. scaring the living crap out of her. They have never fixed the laundry room or outside screen. They have had her remove personal items from her balcony, while allowing others to keep theirs? It is an odd place, with really terrible people working there that have no sense of compassion or decency with aging residents. I get that we will pay the extra cost, but the way in which it happened was unnecessary.

Don't even consider this place. The administration staff is rude and inexperienced. They only care about renting the place and collecting rents. The place is in decay and badly maintaned. The garbage collection dumps are extremely dirty and infested. I have always seen garbage thrown around and dirty mattresses laying for days at the garbage dump. The grounds and houses are infested with snakes and cockroaches. I have seen a snake many times coming out from under the ground slab of my apartment. The administration never cared. The construction is very cheap and ugly. You will never get your safety deposit back. They will invent anything not to refund it.
