Best Western Plus Bentonville

Our room was super clean, as was the entire facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of items, and Becky, the hostess, went the extra mile to see there was plenty of food. It was a pleasant experience, and we will stay there again when we are in the area.

January 2026 was the first time I stayed here, but next time business brings me to Bentonville, I will stay here again unless a comparable place has a significantly lower rate. The room was in very good condition and very clean, the hot breakfast was more than acceptable. The one negative is something that other hotels are also doing: going to indirect lighting to such an extent that the light was not “even” across the computer desk work area. Room 205 had more street noise than I would have liked.

Best Staff, wonderful room, Best value to stay. Highly recommend !! It's better than other "Best Western Plus" (I've stayed 6 Best Western hotels this week), This hotel is qualified for "Best Western Premier".
