Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

The front desk women are awful!!! They charge one price over the phone and another in person. Something about the charge per person in person. When they clearly asked on the phone how many people and I replied two and quoted me a price and then in person wanted to up the price $20!!! This is an outrage and I wouldn’t stay here if you could avoid it. Real lively $h!? Show!

Room not cleaned up after last person. Removed used sheets and threw sleeping bag on bed. The time I feel like I want a bolt on door, it's broken off. Propped chair in front of door. Lots of other stuff broken. No coffee maker in room - never even heard of that. Got in real late and have to leave super early or I'd have just got somewhere else and gambled if I'd get a refund. I've stayed at plenty of hotels in this area around same price, all vastly better. Property is for sale and not maintained, or apparently even cleaned between different customers, worst experience I've had with a select hotel.

This hotel is unbelievably unsanitary and unsafe. It looks nothing like the pictures on line. Those pictures are either fake or from 20 years ago. I cannot believe that Choice Hotels still allows them to use their name. The linen and bedspreads are stained and threadbare. The towels fell apart while using. The smoke alarm was removed from the wall. There were multiple holes in the walls. The walls are painted a dark red. The curtains barely cover the window. We saw bugs and mice in our room. No other hotels available so we slept on top of the sheets in our street clothes and left early in the morning as soon as daylight.
