I have stayed there several times before I had great experiences. This time the room smelled like mildew, the AC wasn't very cold, and the padded chair was disgusting and ripped.

Entering the front of the hotel shows Wear and tear. Definitely in need of a paint job! The overall appearance in the main lobby is dated and unclean. Door locks work, then don't, then do.... ! The first thing my wife said was nobody cleaned the toilet!!! Oh no, that's a bad one for her! There's a what looks like BLOOD STAINED CARPET in front of the desk!!!!!!!!! The beds smell! I mean they smell!! As well as the pillows! When I woke up, I immediately got into the shower to get the odor off of my body. The price on Choice Hotels. Com was low, and we have stayed in other Country Inns that were pretty good, so we decided to go with this one. If you can't smell anything and you don't really care about cleanliness then I guess it's a good deal! We will not set foot on this property again! EVER!! Choice Hotels are now scratched off our list of places.

Spent one of two nights here, decided to leave early and head home instead, not purely because of the hotel, but we had finished our tasks and home seemed like comfort. This is a typical hotel that is starting to look a little run-down and could do with some maintenance attention. Little things like the wall thermostat not operational: "use the window air conditioning" sign covering the controls. Rust above the bathroom door, cracks in the bathroom's silicone seams, and an odd brown stain in the bath. Snack vending machine out of order etc... Breakfast was straight out of a motel 6 and nothing like "the best breakfast in town" The lobby was well presented and plently of parking. Staff was friendly. They did have good coffee, so I guess that edges them to a (low end) very good rating. A few improvements needed but I guess they are lower priced and you get what you pay for...
