Regency 7 Motel Fayetteville

My wife and I did not enjoy this room. Staff was rude and snappy. We will not stay here again. Cigarette smoke could be smelled even around the non-smoking rooms. The entrance was on a one-way street, so you had to either go back up the interstate and get off on the next exit, or weave thru the parking lots of the adjacent businesses.

My wife is very allergic to cigarette smoke and upon arrival we were assured that this would not be a problem. Some rooms allow smoking, as I found out too late. If someone smokes in a room that connects to a room that doesn’t allow smoke, your room will fill with smoke. I contacted the management after 10, when our neighbors arrived, and was greeted with a “I don’t think so, man.” When I pushed the issue I was greeted with “I don’t fuc*ing think so, man. Come here and I give you money back.” I realize it’s a 2-star crap hotel, but this is pretty obnoxious. DO NOT COME HERE

So when I pulled up was a little confused because I was not expecting the place to be looking that rough. Then we’re given our room, asked for a receipt it doesn’t even show how we paid whether it was cash or card. Room surprisingly nice! Breakfast was a joke.
