Sands Central Inn Hot Springs

It was a great trip. I advise people coming to Hot Springs to come here for their stay. Very good rooms and quiet at night. Very close to racetrack and downtown. The staff is very nice and treat you like you are at home.

The rooms are comfortable, and clean, but the real draw is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and extremely hard working. This has truly been the best experience I've ever had at any motel I've stayed at.

Our first room only had power to one light in the bathroom & the tv... They moved us to another room, but turns out that was worse! Woke up the next morning to blood spots in the bed... Yep! Bedbugs!! For the past couple of days everyone in my family has been dealing with the bedbug rash! Tried to be nice & tell the front desk person who swore they didn't have a problem with them because they have an exterminator on contract. Tell that to my daughter who pulled a live one off of her pillow on the drive home. Besides that the parking lot was full of broken glass & cigarette butts everywhere! Really wish we'd paid for a better hotel!
