The location was very nice & the view from our living room/main bedroom was absolutely beautiful, but the grounds and room itself were appalling with everything falling apart.

The location is good for access to many areas of Hot Springs. Being an older resorts, there are some more updating needed. The view is perfect.

Staff are very friendly and helpful Rooms are outdated but nice but clean. The Resort is old but they are in the process of updating the rooms
